GotSkill? presents MADD Canada with $115,000

SBG gaming company “proud of affiliation with this tremendous charity”

September 28, 2018 – GotSkill? president Tony Carvalho was at the head office of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Canada in Toronto today to deliver a cheque of $115,000. The donation goes towards supporting MADD Canada’s victims’ services.

The money was raised through proceeds from the video skill games GotSkill?, which are located in more than 200 establishments across Ontario.

GotSkill? are unique, skill-based video games that challenges players’ hand-eye coordination and timing on a variety of games. Players have the opportunity to win cash prizes. They are also presented with the option to donate to MADD Canada from their winnings.

“We are very happy to be able to provide this level of support for such a significant and important cause,” says Mr. Carvalho. “Over and above the financial contribution, it is important that we can profile MADD Canada with our games, located in restaurants and pubs, and deliver an important message.”

Carvalho adds, “We are proud of our affiliation with this tremendous charity that does so much good in our community. Not only does our corporation donate, but our patrons are also generous with their donations to this worthy cause.”

On hand with Tony Carvalho at the GotSkill? cheque presentation was MADD Canada’s National President Patricia Hynes-Coates, CEO Andrew Murie, as well as Bill Dawson, CFO of GotSkill?
